§ 12.28.140. Hazardous operation prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to operate any boat or other water-going device on any waters within the city limits of the city in a manner dangerous to other boats or the life or limb of any person.

§ 12.28.150. Operation while intoxicated prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to operate any boat or other watergoing device upon any waters within the city limits of the city while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotics, or other drugs impairing the physical abilities of the operator.

§ 12.28.160. Violation – Penalty.¶
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
