Chapter 7.30 — CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

§ 7.30.010. Approval.

Certificates of compliance shall be approved by the Director of Community Development and City Engineer. Conditional certificates of compliance shall be approved by the Planning Commission.

§ 7.30.015. Procedure.

Requests for a certificate of compliance shall be processed and reviewed in compliance with the provisions and procedures set forth in the Subdivision Manual and Sections 66412.6 and 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Act. No certificate of compliance or conditional certificate of compliance shall be valid until it has been recorded in the Office of the County Clerk/County Recorder of the County of Orange.

§ 7.30.020. Appeal to City Council.

Any interested person may appeal to the City Council from any action of the Director of Community Development, City Engineer, or Planning Commission on a certificate of compliance in accordance with Section 2.04.100 et seq. of the municipal code. (Ord. 171 § 1, 2007)
