§ 5.28.010. Remedies cumulative.¶

The conviction and punishment of any person under Chapters 5.04 through 5.24 LEMC shall not relieve such person from fully complying with the requirements of Chapters 5.04 through 5.24 LEMC, including application for and procuring of license and payment of license fees due, nor shall the payment of any license fee affect a criminal prosecution for the violation of or failure to comply with any of the provisions of Chapters 5.04 through 5.24 LEMC. The remedies prescribed hereunder are cumulative and use of one or more remedies by the City shall not bar the use of any other remedy for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of Chapters 5.04 through 5.24 LEMC.
