§ 10.60.010. Penalty for violations.¶
Whenever in this traffic code, or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense, or the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful or a misdemeanor, where no specific penalty is provided therefor, the violation of any such provision of this code shall be punished according to Chapter 1.16 LEMC.

§ 10.60.020. Deposit to traffic fund.¶
Whenever any fines and/or forfeitures collected pursuant to Chapter 1.16 LEMC are for violations to provisions of this title, said collections shall be deposited into a special fund which has been created and is known as the traffic safety fund.
