Sec. 1.1. - Short Title.

This ordinance may be cited as "Kelseyville County Waterworks District No. 3 Sewer Service Charge Ordinance."

Sec. 1.2. - Definitions.

Unless the context otherwise indicates, terms and used herein have the following meanings:

(a) District means Kelseyville County Waterworks District No. 3.

(b) Sewer Service Charges means fees, tolls, rates, rentals or other charges for services and facilities furnished by District in connection with its sanitary sewerage system.

Sec. 1.3. - Separability.

This Board hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more of the sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional.

Sec. 1.4. - Inconsistent Ordinances and Regulations.

All ordinances and regulations or parts of ordinances and regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

Sec. 1.5. - Effective Date—Posting.

This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its adoption and following adoption it shall be posted in three (3) public places within the boundaries of Kelseyville County Waterworks District No. 3.
