(a) Fences in excess of four (4) feet in height may occupy any required yard provided they are for agricultural purposes, proposed in a district where agricultural uses are a permitted use, and constructed of wire mesh, chain link or other material allowing unobstructed visibility above four (4) feet in height, except as provided for corner lots in Section 42.11(a). (b) Accessory buildings and structures used for the housing or maintenance of farm animals shall be located at least fifty (50) feet from the front lot line, and twenty (20) feet from any side lot line, and fifty (50) feet from any dwelling on the same or adjacent lot, not including perimeter fencing for grazing purposes. (Ord. No. 1749, 7/7/1988)
(c) No occupied beehive or box shall be located within 400 feet of any dwelling on an adjacent lot, nor within 150 feet of any public road, street or highway, or as determined by the Planning Director.
