27.1 Purpose: All uses listed in this Article and all matters related thereto, are declared to be uses possessing characteristics of unique and special form as to make their use acceptable in one or more districts upon issuance of a zoning permit, minor or major use permit in addition to any required building, grading or health permits. 27.2 Uses generally permitted with a zoning permit: Uses listed in Table A are permitted in the zoning districts indicated upon issuance of a zoning permit in the case of the symbol “ λ ” pursuant to the provisions of Section 27.3 and Article 49.
