Sec. 11-7-14. - Person defined.¶
The term "person," as used in this article, shall include any corporation, association, society, club, copartnership or individual.

Sec. 11-7-15. - Soliciting tort claim.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit employment for himself or any other person, either directly or through some other person acting on his behalf, to prosecute, collect, settle or compromise or to negotiate for the settlement, compromise or collection of any tort claim, on behalf of any tort claimant, in which he himself has no pecuniary interest arising from such tort.

Sec. 11-7-16. - Negotiations between joint tort claimants.¶
The provisions of this article shall not be construed to prevent joint tort claimants from negotiating with each other for the purpose of combining respective claims or actions against the tort feasor.
