§ 9.19.010. Regulations.

Any person who loiters or remains on the grounds or parking lots of City Hall, Veteran's Hall, the Community Center, or other city facilities or the public library, while not attending a scheduled or permitted event, between the hours of ten p.m. and seven a.m. the following day, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
