12.48.010 - Placement.¶
The city traffic engineer is authorized to determine those intersections at which drivers of vehicles shall yield the right-of-way to opposing traffic. The city traffic engineer shall cause to be placed and maintained YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY signs at the entrance of streets previously determined by him or her, and the signs shall comply with the specifications of the Vehicle Code of the state.
