1.04.010 - Adoption.¶
A corporate seal for the city is adopted, the design of which seal shall be as follows in Section 1.04.020.

1.04.020 - Design.¶
The seal adopted in Section 1.04.010 shall be circular in form and shall be not less than two (2) inches in diameter. Around its circumference shall appear the words "City of La Quinta, California" and, within, the words "Incorporated 1982." The size and shape of the seal and any additional text and/or graphic designs shall be set by resolution of the city council and may be changed from time to time by city council resolution.
