5.16.010 - Deposit of city money.¶
Any officer or employee collecting or receiving any money belonging to, or for use of, the city shall deposit it no less frequently than once a week with the director of finance who shall deposit such funds in a bank or banks as the city treasurer may from time to time direct and shall be so deposited for the benefit of the funds to which the money belongs.
