§ 7.31.010. Title.¶
This chapter shall be known as the green building standards code of the city of La Cañada Flintridge.

§ 7.31.020. Adoption by reference.¶
A. There is hereby adopted by reference, except as provided in this chapter, that certain green building standards code known and designated as the 2025 California Green Building Standards Code including all appendices, known as Title 24, Part 11 of the California Code of Regulations, in effect on January 1, 2026, incorporating, including all changes adopted by the city of La Cañada Flintridge.
B. If there is any inconsistency between any provisions of 2025 California Green Building Standards Code and other provisions of this municipal code, such other provisions of this municipal code shall prevail.

§ 7.31.030. Fee schedule—Modification by resolution.¶
Any person making an application for any green building standards permit shall pay a fee to the city in an amount which the city council shall by resolution, from time to time, approve.
