La Cañada Flintridge Municipal Code Ch. 4.63 Skate Parks

As used in this chapter, the term "Skate Park" means any skate facility owned or operated by the city of that is identified by signage as a "City of La Cañada Flintridge Skate Park."

Any person riding, skating, propelling or using a skateboard, roller skates, in-line skates or similar device at a skate park shall wear a helmet, elbow pads and knee pads at all times.

Any person who rides, skates, propels or uses a skateboard, roller skates, in-line skates or similar device at a skate park without the required protective gear is guilty of an infraction.

A violation of this chapter, or of any provisions thereof, is punishable by a fine as follows:

A. Twenty-five dollars for a first violation;

B. Fifty dollars for a second violation occurring within a 12 month period following the first violation;

C. One hundred dollars for a third or more violations occurring within a 12 month period following the first violation.
