3.24.010 - Created—Purpose—Disbursements authority.

There is created and established a capital outlay fund for the city. Money may be transferred to or paid into the capital outlay fund from any legally permitted fund or source. Said fund shall be used only for the purposes and shall be subject to the limitations set forth in Title 5, Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 4, Article 4 of the Government Code of the state. Disbursements from such fund for permitted capital outlay purposes shall be made only when authorized by resolution of the city council.
