§ 3.12.010. Established.¶
There is established in the county and in the fiscal offices of the county a fund to be designated as "accumulative capital outlay fund."

§ 3.12.020. State statute authorization.¶
The accumulative capital outlay fund is established in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 (commencing with Section 53730) of Chapter 4, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the state and any amendments thereto enacted after December 18, 1963 by the Legislature of the state.

§ 3.12.030. Administration.¶
The accumulative capital outlay fund established by Section 3.12.010 shall be administered in conformity with the provisions of law under which the same is established.
