§ 12.04.010. Standard specifications adopted.

All proposed improvements plans and specifications and all construction within the right-of-way of a county road shall be done in accordance to the latest standard specifications of the county road department. The latest "standard specifications" of the county road department shall mean those documents which are currently in effect by resolution of the board of supervisors.

Encroachment permit fees shall be established by resolution of the board of supervisors.
