TIME LIMITS FOR PRESENTATION OF COUNTY WARRANTS

§ 3.10.010. Generally.¶

Unless otherwise provided for by law, any warrant issued is void if it is not presented to the county treasurer within six months after its issuance date as provided for by Government Code Section29802.
