Chapter 19.28 — ENFORCEMENT

§ 19.28.010. Inspection.

Any appropriate county officer or agent and his inspectors may at any and all reasonable times, enter any and all places, property, enclosures and structures for the purpose of making examinations and investigations to determine whether any provision of this title is being violated. An officer may require that any phase of work may be inspected prior to any further work. The officer may further require the submission by the operator of such information and engineering data as may be necessary for his purposes.

§ 19.28.020. Planning commission duty.

It is the duty of the planning commission to assure the proper administration and enforcement of this title. This title shall be enforced in the same manner as the planning commission enforces the provisions of Title 18, zoning.
