§ 17.36.010. Time limit for appeal.

Any decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed to the City Council by the applicant, a property owner in the City or by a member of the City Council, within ten (10) days from the date of the order by delivering to the City Clerk a written and signed notice, stating in detail the grounds of such appeal.

§ 17.36.020. Hearing by Council.

The City Clerk shall without delay deliver the appeal to the Council at its next meeting, at which time the applicant shall be entitled to be heard.
