§ 6.08.010. Feeding of pigeons and seagulls prohibited.

No person, while on or in any public street, public right-of-way, sidewalk, public building or public property within the City where regulatory signs are posted, shall feed or cause to be fed any pigeons and seagulls.

§ 6.08.020. Penalty for violation.

Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be guilty of a civil violation. Each violation will be considered a separate offense and be subject to civil penalty not to exceed $1,000.00 for each violation. The minimum civil penalty shall be $100.00.
