Huron Municipal Code Ch. 17.15 Mobilehome Park District (mhp)

The MHP district is intended to provide for accommodation of residential mobilehomes in unified parks.

A. Carnivals (reference definitions, Chapter 17.03);

B. Signs;

C. Telephone booth;

D. The keeping of household pets subject to the provisions of Section 17.10.140(A);

E. Trailer park and trailer court, to include accessory buildings and swimming pools.

A. Accessory structures and uses located on the same site as a conditional use;

B. Electrical distribution substation;

C. Water pump station.

All uses shall be subject to the "General Provisions," prescribed in Chapters 17.70 through 17.79.

Before any residential mobilehome park may be approved and before any buildings for mobilehome park purposes are erected, the applicant shall submit a site plan review to the planning department for approval.
