§ 3.14.010. Self-Insurance Liability Claims Loss Reserve—Creation.¶
There is hereby created a self-insurance liability claims loss reserve. Such reserve shall be in such amount which is the greater of $750,000.00 or an amount equal to the combined incurred and reserved liability losses of the City during the maintenance of the City's excess liability insurance policy in force after December 15, 1978.

§ 3.14.020. Reserve—Duration.¶
The reserve created in this chapter, shall be maintained in effect for the period of the City's excess liability insurance and for a period of three years thereafter.
