Sections: General Prohibition. Penalty. 941-1. General Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for any person to use any boat to which an outboard motor is attached on any natural or man- made lake lying within National Forest lands in the County of Humboldt except as hereinafter provided. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any officer, employee or authorized agent of any public agency while such individual is performing an official act or duty requiring the use of a motorized boat on a lake to which this chapter applies at the direction of the public agency with whom the individual is associated.
