50.1.1 Home Occupations Permitted.

A permit is required to carry out a home occupation. Home occupations,

as defined in this Code, shall be permitted as appurtenant and accessory uses to any residential use. An application for a home occupation permit shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount as established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
