40.1.1 Special Representation for Minimum Lot Size where a Minimum Lot Size and Minimum… ¶
Size are Both Specified. Whenever the Development Standard Combining Zone is used to modify the principal zone to specify a minimum lot size and a minimum average-lot size that must be maintained in subdividing any lot within the zone, the following designations shall be used as applicable: (Former Section INL#315-9(g))
40.1.1.1 Y - where the development standards are modified for the sole purpose of specifying a minimum lot size and minimum average-lot size. (Former Section INL#315-9(g)(2))
40.1.1.2 Y(x) - Minimum lot size specifications on the zoning maps where the “x” indicates the minimum lot size, and where the subdivision of any parcel results in a density consistent with the General Plan. As part of the subdivision action, a rezone to the appropriate Y(x) parcel size designation shall be required, and, as necessary, other enforceable restrictions shall be required to maintain consistency with the General Plan.
