COLLECTION OF TREE TRIMMINGS AND OTHER SPECIFIED WASTES

§ 8.32.010. Establishment of program.¶

This city council shall, from time to time, by resolution, adopt a program and procedures for the collection of tree trimmings, and other specified wastes within the city limits. (Ord. 05-18 § 1, 2005)

§ 8.32.020. Penalty for violation.¶

All persons shall comply with the procedures established in the program established pursuant to HMC § 8.32.010. Failure to do so is punishable in accordance with HMC § 1.12.010. (Ord. 05-18 § 1, 2005)
