PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM

§ 2.32.010. Contract – Authorized.¶

A contract between the city and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized. The contract [1] is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set out in full herein.

The mayor is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the city.
