3.12.010 - Park development fee—Collection.

Park development fees shall be fixed by the city council from time to time, by resolution, and shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit.

3.12.020 - Park development fund account.

All park development fees collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be placed in a master park development fund. Funds within such account shall be used exclusively for the acquisition and development of new and existing parks and recreational facilities within the city.
