6.31.010 - Periodic review of permits and licenses.

All permits or licenses for the keeping of any animal issued under this chapter shall be subject to periodic review by the city manager, city council, animal control officer and department of animal control services to determine compliance by the owner of such animal with the terms of such licenses or permits and the terms of this chapter or any other law, rule or regulation.
