13.36.040 - Above ground termination—Required.¶

All building stormwater drains existing on the effective date of the provisions codified in this chapter, or hereafter installed, shall be carried by an independent line to the outside of the building, or to the curb as rainwater leaders, but in any event all such building stormwater drain spouts shall not connect with the town sanitary sewage system.
