Hesperia Municipal Code Ch. 15.16 Construction Site Sanitation

A. There shall be not less than one water closet for each twenty (20) employees, or fraction thereof, working at a construction job site.

B. Water closets shall be located on the same lot as the construction site. Where multiple construction sites under the same ownership occur contiguously, one water closet shall be placed for every ten construction sites, but in no event shall water closets be located more than five hundred (500) feet from any construction site.

C. Water closets shall be placed on the site from the time of the first construction inspection, excluding grading on a single lot, until either the final inspection or a conventionally constructed water closet is available on the site.
