Sec. 2-4.01. Bond of City Manager.¶
The City Manager shall before entering upon the duties of the office of City Manager execute a bond to the City in an amount established by the City Council by resolution, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of City Manager.
Sec. 2-4.02. Bond of Director of Finance.¶
The Director of Finance shall before entering upon the duties of the office of Director of Finance execute a bond to the City in an amount established by the City Council by resolution, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of Director of Finance.
Sec. 2-4.03. Bond of City Clerk.¶
The City Clerk shall before entering upon the duties of the office of City Clerk execute a bond to the City in an amount established by the City Council by resolution, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of City Clerk.
