Sec. 10-14.401. Annual Report to City Council.¶

The Planning Director shall submit to the City Council an annual environmental monitoring report, summarizing the results of the City's mitigation monitoring and reporting programs. The report may include information on deficiencies, corrective measures taken and suggestions for more effective future mitigation measures.
