SEC. 3-8.73 - TIME TABLE FOR INITIAL COMPLIANCE.

Compliance with the provisions of this Article shall be required as of January 1, 1985, provided that to the extent that the provisions of Section 3-8.09 through 3-8.13 and 3-8.34 through 3-8.47 are applicable to underground storage facilities installed after January 1, 1984, compliance with such section shall be required as of January 1, 1984.
