§ 15.14.010. Erection of temporary fencing around construction sites.¶
A. No person shall erect, construct, alter, repair, raise, build or move any permanent structure on a lot or parcel of land until the construction area is enclosed and secured by a fence not less than six feet high. All gates must be equipped with locks.
B. This section shall not apply to work done on a structure which is continuously occupied during the construction, or any repairs or alterations done to the interior of an existing structure.

§ 15.14.020. Restrictions on hours of construction.¶
No person shall erect, construct, alter, repair, raise or build any building, structure, or pavement, or unload materials in preparation of any of the above activities, except during the hours specified herein. In an R-1, R-2, R-3 or R-4 zone, the hours of construction shall be between seven a.m. and seven p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, and between nine a.m. and five p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
