§ 13.44.010. State regulations adopted.¶

In accordance with the procedure designated in Section 50001 et seq. of the Government Code of the state, there is adopted by reference as the water well and cathodic protection ordinance of the city of Hawthorne, that certain set of regulations known as Los Angeles County Ordinance No. 7583, as amended by Ordinance No. 9375 on August 11, 1967, and Ordinance No. 10075 on September 1, 1970.
