§ 2.36.010. Contract–Authorization– Where filed.

A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of said contract being attached to the original on file in the office of the city clerk and marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

§ 2.36.020. Authority of mayor.

The mayor of the city is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency.
