§ 10.51.010. Application of certain vehicle code provisions to private parking lots.

Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 21107.8(a) the provisions of the California Vehicle Code Sections 22350, 23103 and 23109 and the provisions of Division 16.5 (commencing with Section 38000) of the California Vehicle Code shall apply to the privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities listed below when the owner or operator of the off-street parking facility has caused to be posted in a conspicuous place at each entrance to that off-street parking facility a notice not less than seventeen by twenty-two inches in size with lettering not less than one inch in height, to the effect that the off-street parking facility is subject to public traffic regulations and control:

A. That area generally known as Strawflower Village Shopping Center, located at the westerly intersection of State Highways 1 and 92;

B. The Lucky #362 Shopping Center, located in the 100 block of San Mateo Road.
