Sec. 11-2-1. - Standards.

All drainage system improvements shall conform to the city's standard details and specifications or to any other standards approved by the city.

Sec. 11-2-2. - Required improvements.

Drainage system facilities including, but not limited to, storm sewers, drains, channel improvements, and other drainage structures will be required on all developed property within the city as determined by the city. Such improvements are the responsibility of the owners or agents of developed property.

Sec. 11-2-3. - Off-site improvements.

The following off-site drainage system improvements by the owners or agents of developed property may be required:

(1) The development of drainage disposal facilities or financial contributions for the improvement of any existing sewage disposal system; and

(2) The construction of transmission lines from the proposed improvements to the site of disposal.

Sec. 11-2-4. - Drainage fees.

The owners or agents of all lots to be developed within the city shall pay to the city clerk a fee for the maintenance of and capital improvements to the drainage system. Such fees shall be paid at the time of obtaining building permits. Such fees shall be set by resolution.
