§ 10.64.010. Violation of certain Title 10 provisions—Penalty.

Any person guilty of violating any of the provisions of Sections 10.24.010 through 10.24.070 and Chapters 10.04, 10.08, 10.20, 10.40, 10.48, and 10.60 of this title, or any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant hereto, or performing any act declared by said sections and chapters to be unlawful, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provision then in effect in the City, pursuant to Chapter 1.08 of this code, as amended.
