9.26.010 Teen tobacco education program established.¶

A Teen Tobacco Education Program is established for purposes of educating members of the public regarding tobacco use. Enrollment in the program shall be voluntary.

9.26.020 Payment of cost recovery fees.¶

Each person enrolled in the Teen Tobacco Education Program shall pay at the time of enrollment a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75) to reimburse the City for the cost of providing the program, which fee shall remain in effect unless altered from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
