2.02.010 Established.¶
The salary of council members for the city is established at a figure equal to two-thirds of the allowable salary for council members pursuant to Government Code Section 36516.

2.02.020 Fluctuation.¶
Salaries shall fluctuate in accordance with amendments of the Government Code Section mentioned in Section 2.02.010 by the Legislature of the state, but shall not exceed two-thirds of the figure set by the Legislature.
