§ 5.24.610. False statements.¶

Any materially false or misleading statement or representation made knowingly by grantor or grantee shall be deemed a material breach of the contractual relationship between grantor and grantee and shall subject the breaching party to all remedies, legal or equitable, which are available to grantor or grantee under the franchise or otherwise.
