3.64.010 - Created.¶

A special fund is created in the city treasury to be known as the special gas tax street improvement fund.

3.64.020 - Payments into fund.¶

All money received by the city from the state under the provisions of the state Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property or interest therein or for the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or highways other than state highways, shall be paid into the special gas tax street improvement fund.
