5.90.010 - Marijuana dispensaries.¶

The City shall refuse to issue any license under this Title 5 when it is determined from the application for such license that the business or occupation for which the license is requested involves in anyway whatsoever commercial cannabis activities prohibited within the City, pursuant to Chapter 18.91 of the Municipal Code.
