Chapter 12.100 — PF PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT

§ 12.100.010. INTENT: ¶
The intent of the public facilities (PF) zoning classification is to accommodate a variety of public, nonprofit, and institutional uses that meet health, safety, education, and welfare needs. (Ord. 2000-03, 8-7-2000)
§ 12.100.020. PERMITTED USES: ¶
The uses listed under PF in the table in section 12.56.040 of this title as permitted uses are allowed subject to the provisions of chapter 12.128 of this title. (Ord. 2001-13, 11-19-2001)
§ 12.100.030. CONDITIONAL USES: ¶
In addition to the uses authorized by section 12.100.020 of this chapter, the uses listed under PF in the table in section 12.56.040 of this title are allowed if a conditional use permit is issued. (Ord. 2001-13, 11-19-2001)
§ 12.100.040. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS: ¶
Development standards for the PF districts shall be as follows:
A. Minimum Lot Area: None specified.
B. Floor Area Ratio: 0.7.
C. Maximum Lot Coverage: Fifty percent (50%).
D. Minimum Lot Width: None specified.
E. Maximum Height: Two (2) stories and thirty five feet (35').
F. Minimum Setbacks: The minimum front, side, and rear yards in the PF district shall be equal to the respective front, side, and rear yards required in the most restrictive abutting district; provided, that no yard adjoining a street shall be less than twenty feet (20') and that no interior yard shall be less than ten feet (10').
