Gilroy Municipal Code § 19.114 Civil liability for results of violations

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation.

§ 19.114-1. Injunctive relief.

The city shall have the right to seek injunctive relief for noncompliance by industrial users with any pretreatment standards and requirements.
