§ 26B.40. Retention period; access.

It shall be the duty of every service supplier and non-utility supplier-required to collect and remit to the city any tax imposed by this chapter to keep and preserve, for a period of three (3) years, all records as may be necessary to determine the amount of such tax that such service supplier or non-utility supplier may have been required to collect and remit to the city, which records the tax collector shall have the right to inspect at all reasonable times.
