Chapter 2.62 — INVESTMENTS OF CITY FUNDS

§ 2.62.010. Investment of surplus funds.¶

A. The city's surplus funds shall be invested in accordance with the city's investment policy as adopted by resolution of the city.
B. No surplus city funds shall be invested in any repurchase agreement, reverse repurchase agreements, derivatives or noncollateralized corporate notes.
